Stay current with the latest changes affecting North Carolina real estate brokers by completing the North Carolina Real Estate Commission's required 2026-2027 General Update course. This 4-hour continuing education course covers important topics including appraisals, NCREC frequently asked questions, fake seller scams, fair housing, licensing and education updates, and recent changes to North Carolina real estate laws and Commission rules. Designed for provisional brokers and brokers who are not Brokers-in-Charge (BIC) or BIC-eligible, this course satisfies the annual Update course requirement for license renewal.

• NCREC Frequently Asked Questions: Addressing the most common structural and practice inquiries the Commission receives directly from brokers.
