CE Class - GENUP- General Update - (In-Person Garner)

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission writes the four-hour General Update (GENUP) real estate course each year. All non-BIC or non-BIC-eligible North Carolina real estate license holders who want to renew their licenses for the 2024–2025 license year must complete this 4 hour course, which counts toward the required 8 hours of continuing education every year.

The Commission’s GENUP-General Update and BICUP-Broker-in-Charge Update courses for 2024-2025 are available beginning on July 1, 2024, for all licensees.

The 2024-2025 GENUP course topics are:

Environmental Material Facts,
NCREC Frequently Asked Questions,
Permits,
Education Update, and
Law and Rules Update.
